I ordered flowers for a birthday and they were about 40% of what the photo represented. At $100. It was an incredible disappointment. It’s taken me over a week with communications to try and resolve it. After speaking to lots of AI bots and going round and round it still isn’t resolved and frustrating. I really wanted this to work because it was close to a family members house and I would’ve been a repeat customer, but I can’t in good faith recommend this business.

Rebecca and Richard Chung are the kindest, most professional, and warmest florists I've met! Rebecca met with me in person, reviewed the PowerPoint I put together for my wedding flower color palette (lol yes I know, I'm a lot), and was so responsive with my questions via text. The day of, it was hot, the arch that my husband built broke (!!), and both Richard & Rebecca worked together to help fix the arch and cover the broken parts with flowers - as well as hold the arch down with some rocks they found nearby. They went above and beyond that day to help save the day & also put together this gorgeous flower arrangement for my Malibu wedding of my DREAMS. I promise you - I'm meticulous & (painfully) interviewed/ researched almost all of the flower shops in the LA area + Calabasas area.... And the prices the other places were quoting so extraordinary & the folks were not nearly as warm and kind as the Chungs!! Also before I met them, I almost gave up and began searching up how to put together my own flowers from Trader Joe's--but l'm a resident doctor and don't have the time nor energy to do this on my own : ( For full transparency- other shops in LA were charging me the most exorb

We had an absolutely amazing experience using Blossom Floral for our wedding! Before our first meeting with Rebecca, we were not sure exactly what we wanted for our wedding flowers, but she walked us through our options and after an hour we had nailed down a vision. Leading up to our wedding Rebecca was very responsive whenever we emailed her and throughout the entire process she was a pleasure to work with. On the day of our wedding, Rebecca and her team did a fantastic job bringing our vision to life. We could not have asked for more beautiful flowers and we can not recommend Blossom Floral highly enough!

I cannot put into words how blessed we are to have found blossom florals for our wedding! The florals are what really made our wedding look so dreamy and elegant from our beautiful arch to our bouquets and centerpieces. Rebecca was so professional, meticulous, had beautiful attention to detail and she is SO FRIENDLY and sweet and worked well with our budget as well as last minute changes! Thank you so much! Would recommend them again and and again.

Blossom Floral supplied the flowers for my baby shower and WOW the bouquets were stunning. Rebecca is incredibly kind and easy to work with and took an inspiration photo of a small bouquet I liked and scaled it up better than I could have imagined. They absolutely exceeded my expectations and I will recommend them to anyone in need of flowers!
